Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are generally considered final.

Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product was spoiled upon delivery.
  • There is a genuine issue approved by Shreem Globex.

Proof Required

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs or videos of the unopened package.
  • A complete unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Relevant order details.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for approval.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If the original payment method cannot be credited, customers may be asked to provide alternative bank account details.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
