Due to the nature of food products, all sales are generally considered final.
Non-Returnable Items
Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product was spoiled upon delivery.
- There is a genuine issue approved by Shreem Globex.
Proof Required
To process any claim, customers must provide:
- Clear photographs or videos of the unopened package.
- A complete unboxing video showing the issue.
- Relevant order details.
Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
- If the original payment method cannot be credited, customers may be asked to provide alternative bank account details.
- Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
